Go to the main page, scroll down until you find the last Traffic Jam, link your favorite post to it, and send a trackback to get entered in the next edition. If you're ping-impaired, you can use the standalone trackback form, a link to which is conveniently located at the bottom of the Traffic Jam post.
Memeblog - a collection of link-fest information and things to blog about. If you're looking for good reading, a chance to host a fest, or submission info for an upcoming fest, this is a good place to start. Even if you missed entering this week's edition of some round-up, the submission info for the following week can usually be found at the bottom of the current round-up post.
Showcase - a chance for new bloggers to get some exposure.
